"The Flower doesn't dream of the bee.
It blossoms and the bee comes."

Many times in life, people want something so badly, they will do anything to force the situation to occur or force the outcome of a situation to mold the way they have always wanted/envisioned.  This can pertain to love, to friendships, to careers, etc.  I am going to correlate this great quote to weight loss.

Many people are trying to lose weight, tone up or look great for the summer.  Summer is in a couple of weeks and those who just realized that are scurrying to the nearest CVS to buy weight loss pills, driving to the Acme and purchasing Weight Watcher bagels and Danon light n Fit yogurts, steering their car to the nearest gym and mirroring hamsters' actions on the never-ending wheel (treadmill) until they are drenched and the cardio machine reads "800 calories burned".  You get the picture I am trying to paint.    You will then jump on the scale and see that you lost 3 pounds in one week.
This is the most unhealthy way to lose weight.  You do not want to put holes in your heart from taking diet pills (believe me, I know people that this happened to), you do not want to put chemical filled food in your body, and you certainly don't want to kill yourself on the treadmill.  Besides, you probably only lost water weight and will gain it right back within two bites of the next sandwich you eat.
This, my friends, is forcing a situation to occur instead of doing what is right and naturally waiting for the best outcome.
Your body is a very sensitive, scientific, and brilliant machine.  Treat it right and it will treat you right.  Exercise at least 30 minutes a day.  Eat clean food, drink water, take time to quiet your mind, smile everyday and sleep.  I promise, you will bloom and your answer will come.  Maybe slower than you would like, but the results will last a lifetime.  You deserve to feel good... naturally.
